Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Star is the story of the Angel of Nine Heavens (Christy Chung) how is banished from Heaven after she has fallen in love with another. Windfall God (Pak-cheung Chan), another entity in Heaven himself has fallen in love with Angel of Nine Heavens and pleads with the Emperor to let him court her. The Emperor sends him to Earth where his courtship is permitted, as long as his divine powers are merely used three times per day and no more. Windfall God in his new human incarnation must now track down Angel of Nine Heavens in her human incarnation and make her fall in love with him in a mere week if they are both to return to their divinity.
